INGREDIENTS

– 150 g of tomato soup
– 100 g of goat’s cheese
– 0.7 g of Agar-Agar salt
– 20 cl of milk

TOMATO RAVIOLI WITHOUT PASTA

Mix the tomato soup with the ‘Agar-Agar’ salt in a saucepan, and heat to 85°C. Layer out on a pastry dish and cool in the refrigerator. Mix 100 g of goat’s cheese and 20 cl of milk. Keep in a cool place. One hour later, cut slices of the jellied tomatoes and place of a knob of goat’s cheese mix on top, then add another slice of jellied tomatoes. Serve with a pinch of salt, the herbs, and a drizzle of olive oil.
